restore soft tissue health
Restoring soft tissue health with manual therapies not only provides lasting relief and improved mobility but also reinforces the benefits of chiropractic adjustments. By releasing adhesions in stuck tissues, softening fascia, and preventing tight muscles and tendons from pulling on joints, our treatments ensure you achieve greater movement and long-term comfort. This comprehensive approach helps you enjoy a more active and pain-free lifestyle.

Our approach
-
Identifying Soft Tissue Issues: If Dr. Koenke finds that a soft tissue imbalance is causing or aggravating a joint issue, he will perform manual therapy to ensure the effects of an adjustment hold longer. This prevents reverting back to a dysfunctional state due to pressure from soft tissues.
-
Pre-Adjustment Therapy: For some patients, manual therapy is performed before an adjustment to prepare and warm up the surrounding tissues, ensuring proper movement.
-
Post-Adjustment Therapy: In other cases, manual therapy is done after an adjustment to relax and loosen the surrounding soft tissues. This helps keep all the moving systems aligned and working together towards the patient's goals.
